Above right:  Above the Shimberg Playhouse, overlooking the Downtown Tampa skyline, Maestro’s restaurant at The Center features a five-course, Bistro style dinner buffet. The buffet usually includes soups and several salad choices, a variety of imported and domestic cheeses with fresh baked breads, a fruit platter, a selection of hot vegetables and main dish choices of seafood, poultry and prime rib (or another savory meat dish) and dessert.
